Fringe Benefits

When it comes to street style, a little edge never hurts. This suede fringe jacket from Riffraff that I wore out to dinner with my boyfriend, Drew, the other night is made for a girl who likes to stand out. Paired with a form-fitting black tank, white skinnies and leather mules, this combo (which Drew affectionately referred to as ‘biker chic’) is a must when you’re feeling a bit sassy on a casual date night.

This month, my stylist at Rocksbox hooked me up with some edgy pieces of jewelry, like this white chain fringe necklace by Slate, as well as this “Peak to Peak” chain bracelet by House of Harlow. Pairing the fringe jacket with a fringe necklace was a bit of a risk in over-doing it, but because the fringe of the necklace is actually made out of metal, they ended up contrasting quite nicely.

If you haven’t taken advantage of it already, be sure to use my code “wesleydayshawxoxo” at Rocksbox.com to get one month of Rocksbox free. Seriously. A whole month of free designer jewelry. Free. Get on it.

Weekend With Impressions // Look Three

Happy Sunday! I’ve had so much fun sharing the fabulous Meritt Collection with all of you this weekend from Impressions boutique. The third and final look I’ll be sharing is the Ava Layered Dress in Turks Turquoise, which, by the way, is only $42. This dress is perfect for a date when paired with a sassy pair of wedges for post-dinner dancing.

With its striking color, this dress makes a statement on its own, but also paves the way to accessorize to make it truly unique. I opted for a few boho accessories, like my bracelet stacks from Kristalize Jewelry, as well as a fringe necklace I picked up from Soca Clothing.

Weekend With Impressions // Look Two

This weekend, I can’t get enough of Impressions. (Okay, that’s every day, if we’re being honest.) Continued from yesterday’s post kicking off the fun, the second look on the lineup from their newest collection is the Lou Lou Layered Top in Strawberry Margarita. This top is perfect to do just as the name suggests and grab margaritas with your girls this Saturday night. Although I don’t already have a lot of true red in my closet, the gorgeous color has convinced me that a few pieces would be well worth the investment for this summer (along with a nice tan I currently lack).

This sassy silhouette goes perfectly with white denim. I went with a flare pant leg for this look, but skinny jeans would look just as cute, in my opinion! Topped off with gold accessories, this baby is ready to hit the town.

Weekend With Impressions // Look One

This weekend, I’m partnering up with one of my all-time favorite online boutiques, Impressions, to kick off their new spring/summer collection with Meritt! Every piece in this collection is so colorful, you can’t help but smile! The collection offers a perfect mix of statement-making floral patterns with more versatile solids that can be accessorized to almost any occasion. A big plus for me is that everything is completely affordable and under $50. But be warned: this collection is selling out fast, so you need to move it, girl!

To kick things off, the first outfit I’m revealing today is the Chloe Chiffon Top in Mint Bellini. Honestly, the name alone makes it irresistible. This gorgeous off-the-shoulder top is breezy and fun, and it looks great paired with one of everyone’s favorite Free People halter bralettes, since it’s a little too sheer to wear on its own! I paired it with these turquoise Kendra Scott earrings from Rocksbox (Don’t forget about my code “wesleydayshawxoxo”!), this Kendra Scott ring (on major sale!) and my go-to pair of white denim.
